A Very Girly Hello Kitty Birthday Card

so i made this card for a very special person in my life who loves hello kitty. my mom. but don't tell her, because its not her birthday yet lol. 

everything i used for this card comes from the hello kitty journaling supplies that i get from michaels. im sure you can find them online as well, hello kitty is pretty popular. i put the pretty card in a docorated vellum envelope because it was to darn cute to hide away.

this one was really fun to make!!  you cant hardly tell in the pictures, but the sentiment and the yellow and green zig zags are all popped up off the card.

I made this card for my friends baby shower a few weeks back. I have wanted to use that cute little platypus for so long and finally got the chance. You like my bad distressing? I was going for a cloudy look and grassy knoll. It didn’t work lol, but I didn’t have time to start over and I hate wasting paper. But its ok the card is still really cute.
